A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment for your first visit. If you have a Gift Card, the scheduling service will not accept it (Kevin will), so your deposit will be refunded after checking you out the day of your appointment.
My Elite Massage understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In a desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
At least 12 hours advance notice is required (24 hours is preferred) when canceling or rescheduling an appointment online. To change your appointment, sign in to your Fresha account (Fresha.com), locate the appointment you wish to change under "My Appointments", and click Cancel or Reschedule and select the time and date you’d like to reschedule to, and Confirm. You may also send a message requesting cancelation via the contact page and must use this method or call/text (346) 409-5753 for cancelations (or to reschedule) with less than 12 hours notice.
Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice, My Elite Massage is often unable to fill that appointment time, which, as the business grows, may inconvenience your therapist and may also cause another client to miss their chance to receive a service they need. For this reason, you will be charged 25% of the service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the service fee for each session after that. If this happens twice within one month or three times within a year, your account may be blocked from booking with My Elite Massage.
My Elite Massage also reserves the right to require a credit card deposit to be paid when booking future appointments.
What if...?
My Elite Massage understands that sometimes there are exceptional circumstances. Emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection, or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, please cancel your session.
Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancelations. We will do our best to give advanced notice if My Elite Massage is closing or needs to cancel your appointment due to bad weather and we ask you to do the same. Please do not risk your own safety trying to make your appointment.
Late cancelation due to emergency, illness, or inclement weather will generally not result in any missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis. However, please note that if "exceptional circumstances" become a regular pattern, You may be required to prepay for your appointments or your account may be blocked from booking with My Elite Massage.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive excessively late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, Kevin will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” reserved time. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other patrons, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behavior exhibited My Elite Massage may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Your therapist will treat you with respect and dignity; please show the same consideration in return.
